Welcome to the Dolphin Point Homeowners section of the HOA website. The Board of Directors and property owners work together to maintain the Dolphin Point subdivision in a nice, safe, clean and enjoyable manner. As in all HOA’s, there are minimum requirements and rules that are followed. The rules are listed in the original HOA Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions document, that was registered on September 20, 1999, and amended on July 3, 2001, with the addition of new lots.
The Master Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions is quite long, so a reduced version has been created of the most important guidelines and addresses most of the frequently asked questions. It’s titled the Dolphin Point Abbreviated Rules and Guidelines. New homeowners should read this document, especially if any structural or painting changes are planned.
